ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking restrainment of respondents 5 and 6 in interfering with the civil dispute between the parties with respect of Ac.1.40 cents of land in Sy.No.798/12 of Anakapalli District at the instance of 7th respondent. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondent-police. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that when the 5th petitioner approached the police seeking resolution of dispute and he was advised to approach the civil Court considering the dispute as civil in nature and they stand by the same in respect of all the parties. 4. Recording the representation made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. Instructions shall form part of record.
