Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. M.Myrchiang, learned counsel submits that he will also be representing the respondents No. 4 & 5 apart from the respondent No. 1. 2. Mr. A.Kumar, learned AG assisted by Mr. A.H.Kharwanlang, learned Addl. Sr. GA on behalf of the State respondents No. 2 & 3, submits that Notifications are issued by the State respondents on the measurements carried out by the NHIDCL. 3. However, Ms. T.Sutnga, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has since been resolved, inasmuch as, the respondents No. 4 2026:MLHC:480 3 & 5 have undertaken the exercise of re-measuring the area sought to be acquired to which the petitioner is satisfied. She however, has also submitted that the DGPS coordinates are yet to be provided. 4. On the submissions of the learned counsel, it appears that the matter can be closed at this stage itself, inasmuch as, the grievances of the writ petitioner has since been addressed. It is however, further provided that any other grievances, such as supply of DGPS coordinates, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the said respondents. 5.
