Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1278 of 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the present petitioner is not similarly situated as the accused person namely, Biswanath Das have been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1278 of 2026. In view of the aforesaid, the present petitioner namely, Sangram Panda @ Shiba @ Shibu be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Biswanath Das in CRM (NDPS) 1278 of 2026. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1052 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
