By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 172/2024, dated 30.06.2024, under Section 498A/406/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, lodged at Police Station New Friends Colony, Delhi. 2. At the very outset, Mr. Sohil Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move the Court afresh at the appropriate stage, if so advised. 3.
