It could be seen from the records that summons were issued to L.W.1 to L.W.3 on 17.04.2026 directing them to appear on 14.05.2026. Since the witnesses have not appeared, fresh summons were issued to L.W.1 to L.W.3 to appear on 22.06.2026. 3. It is clear that due to non-appearance of the witnesses, the trial is being delayed. There shall be a direction to the respondent police to see that the witnesses are produced on the next date of hearing, namely, on 22.06.2026. 4. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the criminal case on or before 31.12.2026. 5.
