Mr. Rajkrishna Mondal …for the petitioner After some argument, Mr. Ghosh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a direction be passed upon the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court, Paschim Medinipur, to dispose of the application for interim custody expeditiously. He submits that the said application is otherwise ready for hearing as the written objection thereto has already been filed. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court, Paschim Medinipur, to make all endeavour to take up the hearing of the application for interim custody on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed without, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
