Side) ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.194/2026 by order dated 12.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Palayamkottai and report before the Inspector of Police, Palayamkottai Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that the petitioner was absent for 12 days while complying with the condition, however, he complied with the condition for nearly 40 days.
