The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing in his property situated at Karur District, 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP CRL.(MD). No.2610 of 2026 Manmangalam Taluk, Andankovil East village in Survey No.2417/4 and 2417/8 in the records of revenue as per his title documents. However the 6th respondent is trying to create forged documents and grab his land without valid title. In this regard, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. However, no action has been taken. Hence this writ petition. 3. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for in this writ petition, notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with. 4. Heard both sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. 5.
