2. The writ petition was earlier taken up on 1st October, 2026 and on the said date, this Court has shown serious concern towards insensitive approach of the respondent no.4 in not releasing the scholarship amount to the petitioner in terms with the resolution contained in memo no.1102 dated 9th July, 2024 issued by the State Government so as to enable the petitioner to take admission in the University of Southampton, United Kingdom for B. Mr. Abhilash Kumar, learned AC to GP-II appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the scholarship amount has already been released in favour of the petitioner on 3rd October, 2026, which is evident from the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.4. 4. Mr. Rajendra Krishna, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner accepts the said fact. He, thus, submits that since the scholarship amount has already been released in favour of the petitioner, the main grievance as raised in the present writ petition has been redressed.
