Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No. 94/2024 (S.T. Case No. 93/2024) for the offence registered under Section 103(1) of BNS, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been wrongly made an accused in this case, rather the death of the mother of the informant is accidental. 3. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the informant is the son of the deceased and is also the eye- witness to the occurrence, who himself supported the allegation of assault on his mother, which led to her death. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct allegation made against the petitioner, which is made by the eye- witness to the occurrence, who appears to be the informant of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
