This is an application for dismissal of the writ petition as having been rendered infructuous on account of withdrawal of the order impugned in the writ petition by the Divisional Commissioner in terms of order dated 26.11.2025. 02. Notice. 03. Notice waived by Mr. Hakim Suhail Ishtiaq, learned Advocate, on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioner. 04. A perusal of the record reveals that the order dated 22.11.2025, issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, was impugned by the non-applicant/petitioner. However, in terms of order dated 26.11.2025, the said order has been withdrawn. 05. In view of the above, the writ petition preferred by the petitioner has been rendered infructuous. Mr. Hakim Suhail Ishtiaq, learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner has also conceded that, in view of the subsequent order dated 26.11.2025, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 06. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 07.
