3. The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the dispute is between close family members. The same stands settled. As the petitioners are in custody since 23.03.2026, the challan stands submitted but none of the 16 prosecution witnesses has been examined so far, the Trial of the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon and therefore, they are entitled to the concession of bail. 4. The learned counsel for the State submits that the nature of the allegations leveled against the petitioners are grave, and therefore, they are not entitled to the concession of bail as prayed for. He, however, concedes that the petitioners are in custody since 23.03.2026 but none of the 16 prosecution witnesses has been examined so far. 5. The learned counsel for the complainant does not dispute the factual assertion that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and states that the complainant has no objection, if the petitioners are granted the concession of bail. 6. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 7. The veracity of the prosecution case against the petitioners and their co-accused shall be adjudicated upon during the course of the Trial. Admittedly, the petitioners are in custody since 23.03.2026 but none of the 16 prosecution witnesses has been examined so far. Therefore, the Trial of the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon. In this situation the further incarceration of the petitioners is not required.
