Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the material on record, we are of the considered opinion that this LPA, under clause 12 of the Letters Patent, in terms of Section 100-A of the CPC is not maintainable. The order impugned in this appeal is passed by the learned Single Judge Arif Hameed I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 07.09.2026 16:39 in the exercise of its appellate jurisdiction against an order passed by the trial court and, therefore, further appeal is not maintainable. 5.
