By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ, order, direction and direct the respondent state authorities to take all endeavors to trace, search out and produce the daughter of the petitioners and present her before the Hon'ble Court. 3 10.2 That, this Ho'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue suitable writ, order, direction directing the respondents to initiate prosecution under the appropriate provisions of law against the persons involved in the abduction of the daughter of the petitioners namely Priya Pandey. 10.3 Any other relief/relief's which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be allowed.” 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that as per the instruction received by him, it has been informed that the statement of the corpus who is daughter of the petitioners has been recorded and it is stated that she is residing happily with respondent No.7 Durgesh Verma. 4.
