Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit is filed in the year 2018 and the petitioner is a senior citizen. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is passing the following order: ORDER i. The Principal Senior Civil Judge and J.M.F.C., Anekal, is requested to dispose of O.S.No.205/2018 as expeditiously as possible. ii. This Court is not proposing to issue notice to the respondents as no adverse orders are passed against them. iii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iv.
