HARI HARANADHA SARMA WRIT PETITION NO: 15294/2026 ORDER: This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 not to interfere with the peaceful living of the petitioners and not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.4 covered by O.S.No.734 of 2021 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle. 2. The brief case of the writ petitioners is that when the respondent No.4 failed to clear his dues, the petitioners filed a suit bearing O.S.No.734 of 2021 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle and the same was decreed and for execution of the same, E.P.No.14 of 2022 was filed. However, in the meanwhile, the defendant filed an application to set aside the same and the same was considered by the concerned Court. At that stage, wife of the defendant in the said suit approached the police and the police are trying to interfere with the civil dispute relating to the aforementioned civil suit, which is pending before the competent civil Court. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that one P.Lakshminarasamma, W/o P.Bhaskar Reddy, submitted a representation through the PGRS. On the basis of which, both parties were enquired and when the dispute was found civil in nature, 4 both parties are directed to resolve the dispute before the civil Court. The allegations made by the petitioners are contrary to the facts and the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.4. 5. In view of the written instructions placed on record and the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties, and recording the same, this Court finds that no further orders are required in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.
