JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34740 WP No. 19947 of 2026 ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: “a) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Learned Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Magadi to dispose of the suit filed by the Plaintiff/ Respondent No.1 in O.S.No:259/2019, on the file of Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Magadi, within 6 months, as per ANNEXURE-A without further delay. b) Issue such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case by allowing the writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Considering the relief sought for by the petitioners, this Court has called for a report from the Trial Court. The report disclosed that several cases pending before the Trial Court which more than ten years old. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to issue a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the present case out of turn.
