Since in the present matter, the petitioners have already approached the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, by filing a review application and the respondent No.2 has approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court by filing Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.11126 of 2026, the amount deposited by the petitioners to the extent of Rs.14,00,000/- in this Court, according to us, should not be allowed to be withdrawn either by the petitioners or by the respondent No.2 till the decision by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 2. The Registry is directed to invest the aforesaid amount in a fixed deposit in any nationalized bank initially for a period of six months and the same should be extended till the decision by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 3. After the decision by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the aforesaid amount with interest accrued thereon be released in favour of the party in whose favour 2026:BHC-NAG:9536-DB 2 CAW-1135 and 1476 of 2026.odt there will be a decision by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4.
