Learned Senior Advocate, as such, prays that the present petitioner may be released on bail. Mr. Mondal, learned PP, appears for the State and submits that there are criminal antecedents of the present petitioner. However, the order passed on 15.07.2025 reflects that there were criminal antecedents which were taken into consideration by the Co-ordinate Bench and bail was granted 2 to the other accused person, namely, Humaun Sk. Humayun in CRM (M) 707 of 2025. Accordingly, I direct that the petitioner [Monirul Islam] be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed on the other accused person, namely, Humaun Sk. Humayun in CRM (M) 707 of 2025. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Monirul Islam] is Allowed. Accordingly, CRM (M) 854 of 2026 is allowed.
