Issue necessary direction or order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Hon’ble Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge & JMFC at Ramanagara to dispose of O.S.No.418/2019 (Old OS.No.118/1994) pending on its file within time limit to be specified and ordered by this Hon’ble Court. ii. Press any other suitable order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to passed in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is of the year 1994 and after 20 years, the suit was re-numbered. Initially, the suit was filed before the Munsiff Court and was transferred to the Addl. Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Ramanagara, in the year 2000. It is submitted that the petitioner before this court is about 70 years of age. Considering that the suit was filed in the year 1994 and that the petitioner is a senior citizen, this court deems it appropriate to pass the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Addl. Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Ramanagara, to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, but not later than one year from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. ii. This Court is not issuing notice to the respondents as adverse orders are not passed against them. iii. Pending I.As., in this petition shall stand closed.
