The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the respondents 1 and 2 by way of publishing the notice in any one of the daily Newspaper in C.M.A.(MD)No.909 of 2023. 2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.B.Babu, learned counsel represented that they have already filed vakalat for the first respondent and the same was returned and seeks time for representing the vakalat. Hence, this petition is dismissed as against the first respondent. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Records perused. 4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is partly allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, having wide circulation in Theni District, indicating the next date of hearing as 06.07.2026.
