A perusal of the records reveal that summons were issued to L.W.1 to L.W.3 to appear on 20.01.2023. However, the witnesses were not produced and it was adjourned to 07.04.2026. Again it has been adjourned to 02.07.2026. 3. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the criminal case on the ground that he would like to go abroad for his avocation. 4. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, to expedite the trial and see that the trial is disposed of on or before 31.12.2026.
