Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for allotment of retail outlet petrol pump before the Collector Jashpur for issuance of No Objection Certificate, however, same has been rejected on 20.04.2023. Subsequently, the appellant preferred an appeal before the Commissioner Surguja Division, Surguja-Ambikapur (CG) and vide order dated 08.11.2024 (Annexure-P/1) appeal has been allowed and direction has been issued to respondent No.2 Collector for issuance of NOC to the petitioner, however, same has not been issued even after lapse of one year. 3. In reply, learned State counsel submits that compliance with the impugned order is under process and the same will be carried out expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed with the petition. 5. It is a sorry state of affairs that the impugned order dated 08.11.2024 (Annexure-P/1) was passed more than a year ago, yet it has not been complied with by respondent No. 2, who is himself a State authority. 6. However, on due consideration, it is directed that respondent No. 2 (Collector, Jashpur) shall comply with the order dated 08.11.2024 passed by the Commissioner, Surguja Division, expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/submission of a copy of this order. 7.
