Vide order dated 11.12.2025, the affected parties were directed to appear before the learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate and to get their statements recorded on 09.01.2026 or on any other date convenient to the Court. 3. On the previous date of hearing, i.e. 17.02.2026, there was no representation on behalf of counsel for the petitioners or the private respondents, namely, Mr. Jagdeep Singh, Advocate, who had appeared before this Court on 11.12.2025.
