It shall be open for the petitioner to raise appropriate grounds, if any, in the appeal preferred against the decree passed in the aforesaid suit by challenging the impugned order as a separate ground in the memorandum of appeal, in view of Section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 3.
