Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Inspite of service of notice private respondents are not represented. 3. State respondents are represented by Mr. Suryaneel Das, learned Additional Government Pleader. 4. On going through the complaint dated 8th June, 2026 of the petitioner lodged with the concerned police authority, it is found that petitioner is aggrieved by obstruction made by the private respondents as a result whereof petitioner could not construct boundary wall over the land in question. 5. Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that in the event petitioner is prevented from constructing boundary wall, petitioner is required to approach appropriate forum/ authority in pursuit of remedy. 6. Police authority is not the appropriate authority to decide right of the petitioner over the land in question. [2] 7. However, concerned police authorities are directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and to see no untoward incident takes place. 8. Writ petition stands disposed of. 9.
