In that view of the matter, I am of the view that the impugned endorsement dated 09.04.2026 (Annexure G) passed by respondent No.2 is hereby set aside and the writ of mandamus is issued to respondent No.2 to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 4.
