1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set-aside the impugned order dated 13.10.2025 (Annexure P/1) issued by the Divisional Level District Rationalization Committee, Durg (C.G.). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 26.06.2025 (Annexure P/2) issued by District Education Officer, District – Mohla – Manpur – Ambagarh Chowki (C.G.). 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash impugned posting order dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure P/3) issued by District Education Officer, Mohla – Manpur – Ambagarh Chowki, Chhattisgarh. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other writ/writs, order/orders, relief/relief's in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the Respondent No. 6 was also in the list of the teachers proposed to be transferred, however, his name was removed treating him to be on probation which is not correct. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that the petitioner is having the other alternate efficacious remedy to file representation/appeal before the State Level Committee. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit representation before the State Level Committee raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and direction be issued to the State Level Committee to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner within specified time frame. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 3

On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit representation/appeal before the State Level Committee constituted under the Rationalization Policy and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned Committee/authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
