ORAL ORDER
The petitioner - the complainant is before this Court, seeking the following prayer:
"WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this petition and consequently direct the trial court to expeditiously dispose of the S.C.No.75/2021 (Crime No.99/2000) pending on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Judge FTSC-I, Chamarajanagara wherein, the accused persons have been charge sheeted for the offences punishable under Sec. 302, 201, 120B, 506, 109, 498(A) r/w 34 IPC in the interest of justice."
2. The proceedings are pending before the concerned Court since 2021 for an offence under Section 302 of the IPC, inter- alia.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proceedings have been pending since 2021 without making any progress.
4. In that light, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of nine (9) months from the date of receipt a the copy of the order, if not earlier, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands
disposed.
Ordered accordingly.
