Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 21.02.2026, seeking for an issuance of Patta to the petitioner’s land situated at No.6, Periya Theru, Cherappanamchery Panchayath, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.M.Senthamizh Selvan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 21.02.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
