The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the interim order dated 04.05.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.6690/2023. 2. A plain reading of the said order indicates that the Court had granted an interim order in light of the decision of this Court dated 18.06.2021 passed in W.P.No.14/2021(GM-MM-S)1. This Court in W.P.No.14/2021 (GM-MM-S) had, inter alia, directed that "liability of the petitioner to pay the bid amount shall be in accordance with Clause Nos.7.1.1 and 7.1.2 of the Mine Development and Production Agreement dated 27.01.2021 and while calculating the liability to make monthly payments, the Circular dated 22.06.2020 shall not be relied upon". 3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the said circular dated 22.06.2020 has not been relied upon and the payments as demanded were in accordance with the Act and the lease agreement. 1 M/s. Although it is stated by the learned counsel for the complainant that the accused are implementing the circular dated 22.06.2020, the complainant has been unable to establish the same. 5. It is the unequivocal stand of the accused that no steps pursuant to circular dated 22.06.2020 is taken. 6. We have also heard the arguments on the complainant's writ petition (W.P.No.6690/2023) and orders had been reserved. 7. In view of the above, the present complaint is closed.
