Mr. Suryaneel Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents has filed a report dated 14th July, 2026 of Inspector of Police, Bidhannagar Cyber Crime Police Station, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate and same is taken on record. Copy of the report dated 14th July, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner. 2. It is disclosed in the aforesaid report that representative of petitioner-company is cooperating with the investigation and has complied with the notices issued by the investigating agency in connection with 2 criminal prosecution being Cyber Crime Police Station Case No. 38 of 2026 dated 21st February, 2026 initiated by Cyber Crime Police Station, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate. 3. It also found from the report that disputed amount lying in DBS Bank Account No. 100979901356 is Rs. 2300/-. It needs to be recorded herein that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 19th March, 2026 aforesaid account lying in DBS Bank has already been defreezed and petitioner is operating the said account. 4. As the petitioner is cooperating with the investigation and has complied with the notices issued and taking note of the aforesaid sum alleged to have been involved in cyber fraud, petitioner shall be permitted to operate aforesaid account lying with DBS bank excluding Rs. 2300/- which shall be marked under lien. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of. 6. However, petitioner shall have liberty to take steps in accordance with law after report is filed by the investigating agency before the jurisdictional Magistrate on completion of enquiry. 3 7.
