The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “i. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Call for the records of the entire tender process. ii. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the Impugned Order dated 09.11.2022 passed by the Respondent No. 2 bearing Order No./6964/CGMSC Ltd/ Tech/2022. iii. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. iv. Cost of the petition." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition was filed challenging the order of blacklisting and forfeiture of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). It is further submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the period of blacklisting of 24 3 months has already expired and, therefore, the challenge to the blacklisting order has rendered the present writ petition substantially infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid submission. 5. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. 6.
