Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation (Annexure-9) was submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.3 – Sub-Divisional Officer, Sanganer, District Jaipur along with all the necessary documents. However, till date, no action whatsoever has been taken by the respondents on the said representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file the representation afresh before respondent No.3 along with all the necessary documents and a certified copy of this order, which may be considered and decided by respondent No.3 in a time bound manner.

Taking note of the limited submissions so made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without delving into the merits of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a representation along with all the necessary documents before respondent No.3 within a period of 7 days from today along with a certified copy of this order and in the event of any such representation being made, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of three weeks thereafter, strictly in accordance with law after granting the petitioner an opportunity of hearing.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands
disposed of.
5. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
