Heard Sri. Rudrappa P., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. 3. The prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of the proceeding spending before the concerned Court in PCR No.14/2024. 4. In the light of the prayer so sought, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not earlier, in accordance with law.
