If petitioner is dissatisfied with in-action on the part of the concerned police authority in investigating the criminal case, in that event, petitioner is required to approach jurisdictional Magistrate within the statutory framework as decided by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in 2026 SCC OnLine SC 798 (Sujal Vishwas Attavar and another vs. State of Maharashtra and others). 4.
