GP for Revenue KSR, J WP_15211_2026 The Court made the following ORDER: Questioning the action of the 4th respondent/Tahsildar, Piler, in trying to evict the petitioner from the property admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.30 cents out of Ac.0.75 cents in Sy. No.1954/9 situated in Doddipalli Village of Piler Mandal, Annamayya District, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2. Today when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the writ petition the Tahsildar, Piler, issued a notice dated 02.06.2026, directing the petitioner to appear before him on 08.06.2026 to substantiate his possession and enjoyment along with supporting documents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he will appear before the 4th respondent on 08.06.2026 and submit the necessary documents in support of his possession and enjoyment. 4. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, permitting the petitioner to appear before the 4th respondent on 08.06.2026. After affording a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to examine the documents and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Until the 4th respondent passes a KSR, J WP_15211_2026 final speaking order, 4th respondent is directed not to evict the petitioner from the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs.
