The order dated 10.04.2026 passed by Additional Director General of Police, Varanasi Zone, Varanasi/respondent no.3 by which representation of the petitioner was rejected is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. By the aforesaid order petitioner was directed to join his duties at Mirzapur though various arguements were raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order but ultimately a prayer has been made to permit the petitioner to make a representation before the aforesaid respondent namely respondent no.4 ventilating his grievances and respondent no.4 be directed to pass a fresh order. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case petitioner joins his transfer post within a week, his representation will be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of three weeks, thereafter. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioner to join the transferred post within a week from today and respondent-Competent Authority is directed to decide petitioner's representation within three weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
