Accordingly, WPLRT 128 of 2026 is disposed of by requesting the First Bench of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal to dispose of O.A. 1796 of 2024 (LRTT), pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight months from the date of communication of this order to the Tribunal. 5. All concerned shall act on the server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof, for the purpose of compliance. 6. There will be no order as to costs. 7.
