Act by allowing the above Criminal Petition, to meet the ends of justice." 2. Heard Sri. Narendra Babu H.L., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. Shekarappa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and have perused the material on record. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35091 CRL.P No. 12159 of 2023 3. The petitioner is the accused and the respondent is the complainant. The solitary submission projected by the petitioner- accused is that her cheques were lost and those cheques were allegedly thieved by the complainant are the ones that are presented before the concerned Court. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that the crime is closed on police filing a 'B' report and the Court accepting the 'B' report. In that light, the said submission becomes, on the face of it, untenable. 5. Learned counsel now submits that he has filed an application seeking reference of the signature for forensic examination as obtaining under Sections 45 and 73 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. 6. Learned counsel submits that a direction be issued to the concerned Court to consider the said application. 7.
