WP No. 19747 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 For Petitioner(s): Mr.K.Sasindran For Respondent(s): Mr.P.Siddarth Government Counsel ORDER By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant planning permission to the petitioner's property comprised in R.S.No.23/2D1 and 23/2C situated at Varadareddipalli Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 29.11.2025 and representation dated 09.03.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made application dated 29.11.2025 and representation dated 09.03.2026 to the respondents seeking to grant planning permission to the petitioner's property comprised in R.S.No.23/2D1 and 23/2C situated at Varadareddipalli Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 29.11.2025 and representation dated 09.03.2026 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

WP No. 19747 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 29.11.2025 and representation dated 09.03.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity to the aggrieved persons, if any, including the neighbours, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
