The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) PS Case No. 174 of 2025. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession, mobiles and SIMs were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge a complaint against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2025 and that he does not have any criminal antecedent. The learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) PS Case No. 174 of 2025.
