The above writ petition was filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in attempting to dispossess the petitioner from an extent of Ac.0.22 cents in Sy.No.201 of Nowluru Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, without following due procedure, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of Ac.0.22 cents in Sy.No.201 of Nowluru Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, since a long time. The petitioner constructed a shed in a part of the property and has been residing therein. In the remaining extent of the property, the petitioner is grazing cattle, sheep and hen etc., and eking out his livelihood. 4. Be that as it may, the respondent Nos.2 to 4, on 10.06.2026, along with the Police and JCB, attempted to dispossess the petitioner without issuing any notice. 5. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner encroached upon a water body in Sy.No.201 and erected two cattle sheds. Learned counsel would also submit that the authorities would follow due procedure. 6. Given the instructions, inviting a counter and keeping the writ petition may not serve any purpose. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the SRS,J W.P.No.15358 of 2026 stage of admission, with the consent of both the learned counsel and without touching the merits of the matter, directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of Ac.0.22 cents in Sy.No.201 of Nowluru Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, without following due procedure. The petitioner shall not make constructions or alter the nature of the land further. No order as to costs.
