GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 3 to 7 in failing to protect the lives and properties of the Petitioners despite their representation dated 23.12.2025 continuing earlier representations, from the illegal encroachments, harassment, and threats by Respondent Nos. 8 to 10 in Sy.Nos. 27/1, 32/2, and 54/3 situated in Sitaramanagaram Revenue Village, Jainavarigudem Grama Panchayat, Buttayagudem Mandal, wielding deadly weapons, threatening the Petitioners, and destroying their agricultural properties such as motors and power tools, is illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 19, 21, and 300A of the Constitution of India.” 2. Sri P.V.S.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, let there be a direction to the Police to consider the representation of the Petitioners. 3.
