1. Pursuant to the order dated 17th April, 2026 a communication dated 6th May, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Murarai Police Station is filed today and same is taken on record.
2. Copy of the said communication dated 6th May, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.
3. It is disclosed in the communication dated 6th May, 2026 that though petitioner is the owner of 0.0100 acre of land but physical possession lies with private respondents and petitioner does not cultivate the same.
4. From the contents of the communication dated 6th May, 2026 it appears that the issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature requiring the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to assert his right over the said land in question.

5. However, concerned police authorities are directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and to see no untoward incident take place.
6. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
