F. Authority, Mr. Rajib Ray who is an empanelled counsel of the P. F. Authority present in court is appointed to represent the P. F. Authorities in the present case. 2. Let his appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority. 3. The petitioner herein has preferred the writ application challenging orders dated 12th August, 2024 passed under Section 7Q of the EPF & MP Act, 1952 and under Section 14B of the EPF & MP Act, 1952. 4. The petitioner has further prayed that the order of attachment to the Banker dated 11th February, 2026 be also recalled and set aside. 5. In course of hearing Mr. Majumder, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the amnesty scheme floated by the respondent authorities came into effect on 29th of June, 2026 and the petitioner wants to avail of the said benefit in respect of the damages and as such intends to prefer a representation before the authority concerned and prays for leave to do so. 6. The petitioner is accordingly granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no.1 and claim the benefit of the amnesty scheme within 30 days from the date of this order in respect of the damages imposed. 7. In respect of the interest imposed under Section 7Q of the EPF Act, Mr. Majumder places a document dated 15.10.2025, wherein the recovery officer had informed the petitioner herein, to submit a proper application for the grant of installment enclosing all requisite documents. 8. Accordingly, the petitioner is also granted liberty to make a proper application, with all requisite documents as requested by the recovery officer being the respondent no.2, in view of the said letter dated 15.10.2025 within the same period, in respect of the interest (30 days). 9. Pending hearing and consideration by the respondents herein being no.1 and 2, the 2 impugned orders dated 12th August, 2024 be stayed till disposal of the writ application. 10. In view of the above directions, the order of attachment dated 11th of February, 2026 is also recalled and set aside. 11. The respondents herein shall dispose of the respective application/representation filed by the petitioner herein by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law on hearing all stake holders. 12. The writ application stands disposed of. 13. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on urgent basis after completion of all necessary formalities.
