Having considered the Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to allow these Writ Petitions at the admission stage, without going into the merits of the case, directing the respondents, particularly, Principal Secretary Department of Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Principal Secretary, Department of Finance and Planning, the Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Visakhapatnam, the 6 Commissioner, Eluru Municipal Corporation, Eluru and the Commissioner, Nandyal Municipal Corporation, Nandyal, to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental by way of mutual coordination and cooperation within a period of three (3) weeks from today and transfer the amounts to the bank accounts of the Petitioners within three (3) weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioners are directed to supply the bank account details to the Competent Authority within three (3) weeks from today. 4.
