Heard Mr. Vishal Kumar Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No.136 of 2025, registered for offence under Section 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not named in the F.I.R. and no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession. The name of petitioner has been transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rakesh Kumar Mandal. One co-accused namely Karan @ Karan Kumar Singh has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 2165 of 2026. No T.I.P. has been conducted uptil now to reveal the involvement of the present petitioner in the alleged offence. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.

4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that there is one criminal antecedent against the petitioner and on the basis of confessional statement of petitioner himself, Rs. 5000/- has been recovered.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No.136 of 2025.
6. Accordingly, the instant bail application is allowed.
