The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:- “It, is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Curt may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition, issue notice to the Opposite Parties, call for the L.C.R. and after hearing the counsels for the parties, the impugned order vide Annexure-5 be set-aside and further pleased to direct the Addl. Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar to keep the status of the land as Sthitiban instead of Pattadar as it was earlier.
