The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:- “It, is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Curt may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition, issue notice to the Opposite Parties, call for the L.C.R. and after hearing the counsels for the parties, the impugned order vide Annexure-5 be set-aside and further pleased to direct the Addl. Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar to keep the status of the land as Sthitiban instead of Pattadar as it was earlier. And/or any other order/s, direction/s, writ/s be passed as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper. And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.” 3. It is stated at the bar that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court recently in the case of Gargi Dash v. State of Odisha & Others (W.P.(C) No.2870 of 2026) & Batch. 4. Considering the submissions as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Addl. Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar to consider the prayer of the petitioner in light of the aforementioned Subas Kumar Mishra .… Petitioner Represented by Mr. B.Das, Advocate -Versus- State of Odisha and Ors .… Opp. Parties Represented by Mr. G.Mohanty, Standing Counsel Order No. 01. . judgment of this Court.
