Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are recoveries of 21,471 bottles of cough syrup. Learned advocate added that there are two accused persons. According to the learned advocate, the petitioner is responsible for the offence and there are materials appearing in the case diary against the present petitioner who absconded for a period of nine months. 2 Having considered the totality of the circumstances and the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
